The Aqua Flies Un-Real Jungle Cock is like no other synthetic Jungle Cock product on the market.
The likeness of each size of the Un-Real Jungle Cock is meticulously color corrected to bring the fly tyer the most accurate synthetic feather. The Un-Real Jungle Cock is then printed on a waterproof paper that is super tough but still has some flexibility and movement in the water.
Printed on a white background, the fly tyer can use a permanent marker on the back and edges and create a natural look or a color accented look to the Un-Real Jungle Cock. One side is colored natural and turn it over and the other side is white and this is the side you can color.
The Un-Real Jungle Cock comes on sheets with a variety of sizes on each sheet, just as if you were selecting a feather from a real cape.
Available in 4 sizes:
XSmall 12-13mm (80 Eyes Per Pack)
Small 13-21mm (60 Eyes Per Pack)
Medium 33-34mm (50 Eyes Per Pack)

Body Tubing by Fish Skull
Co-developed with Blane Chocklett
Blane Chocklett is widely regarded as one of the best big game anglers, fly tyers, and guides in the world. Chocklett’s Body Tubing is the authentic “secret ingredient” used by Blane in everything from trout flies to musky flies for heads, to segment the bodies, and to keep the materials flared up, allowing them to push more water and have the illusion of bulk — the hollow fly effect — while being light and castable all day.
Length per pack: 1/8" x 3', 1/4” x 3', and 1/2” x 2'
Create a bigger fly body with less materials The more materials you use, the heavier your fly gets, making it harder to cast. Body Tubing creates a ramp for your material to lay against, which flares it out to create the illusion of bulk without using much material, keeping your fly light and easy to cast.
Make your fly push more water The flared materials allow your fly to push more water, making it more likely to attract the attention of your target fish.
Give your streamers longer lives Body Tubing is designed to be tied to protect thread wraps from the teeth of fish. In addition, as the body materials begin to flatten against the body from extended fishing, you can push the tubing forward against the tying materials to flare them back up.
Alternative to reverse-tying for easier body tapering of flies Whether you're tying with deer hair or other fibers, Body Tubing provides a solution to time-consuming reverse-tying.
For use in fresh and saltwater streamer fly patterns of all sizes Body Tubing was made famous for its use in the T-Bone, a large musky fly, but it's a useful material for flies of all sizes. The 3-size range (1/8", 1/4", 1/2") is designed to provide an option for any size streamer fly pattern and to allow for tapering.
Quantity per pack: 3 sizes (1/8" and 1/4” have 3 feet per packet and 1/2” has 2 feet per packet) Comes in Clear only.
Brill UV (12mm Straggle String)
12 mm Brill (Straggle String) with the addition of UV fibers, the color effects produced are extremely effective on “straggle” type lake patterns, and of course a great body for nymphs!
A great material for use on both trout, grayling and salmon patterns. Tie it in sparse for salmon patterns or use it as a body on trout/grayling patterns like boatman, beetles and more.
A very versatile material that should be in everyone's arsenal.
12mm fibres, 3 meters per card. From Textreme in Italy.
Brill UV (5mm Straggle String)
It differs from the classic Cactus for its thin and knitted particular core, which allows the effect fibers to be arranged more sparsely, yet strongly held. This material is of considerable help for the construction of medium-small bodies, without bulking the artificial pattern too much.
This is suitable for small and medium patterns. With an increased-size core designed to withstand high tensions.
The fine core means really slim bodies are possible. Try Brill on a curved hook for a fantastic bloodworm pattern or any of the natural colours under a shellback for a superb (and very quick to tie) shrimp. Or use it on a sparsely tied salmon pattern, the options are endless. Lower fibre density coupled with fine core makes great thoraxes for bead head flies.
BRILL UV Small 5mm -3 meters packaged on a plastic card.
Invicta dressed by Davie McPhail
This is a translucent, medium width material and is perfect for winging or bodies.
Try wrapping it over Mirage or holo tinsel to boost the colour even more!
As the material is translucent, it is superb to wrap over quill to change the colour - giving you a great range of colours to build bodies with.
As the material is very fine, you can also use it to add a hot head on your pattern instead of thread as you can whip finish with it!
Chocklett's Finesse Body Chenille
Available in Medium, 3/4", or Large, 1 1/4", this chenille is amazing.
For tying Gamer Changer style streamers and other palmered baitfish imitations.
Chocklett’s Finesse Body Chenille is a synthetic chenille perfect for tying Game Changer style flies. It’s not quite a dense as Chocklett’s Body Wrap, so it works well on smaller flies while the finished fly has more micro movement. From palmering the chenille to adding a few wraps to the front of a fly to fish it off, this chenille increases your options when tying Game Changers and other palmered baitfish imitations. Try it with the Articulated Fish Spine.
Easy Shrimp Legs
Easy shrimp legs incorporate one of the most innovative tying solutions we have seen. Simply hold in position with the handle at the back, tie in securely along the body and with the tab at the front and then cut of the handle. Small & Medium, 10 per pack. Comes in Clear only, does not include eyes.
Fair Flies Brushes
Every brush is built with the highest grade stainless steel wire at its core leaving it salt and rust proof. Tying with our brush simply builds a better fly. Thread loosens when wet and materials will move.
As with all of the brushes you are in control. More turns give fuller, bulkier profiles and fewer allow you to downsize for low, clear situations. Start on any platform you wish: tubes, hooks, jigs, shanks, with weight, or without. Add a wing, or don't; again it's up to you. But no matter how you fish, these materials will get you a lot of hookups.
We are not taking the fun out, we are just taking some of the time out!

A little bit about this fabulous company:
Fair Flies is a registered Benefit Corporation in the state of Oregon. Why is this important? As a Benefit Corporation we place mission first in our operating agreements. It is the job of our board of directors to make sure that we are first about mission and second about financial returns. Sustainability is important to us be we want to do it in the right way. We believe in Trade instead of Aid and we use fly tying materials as our primary product to provide livable wages to marginalized people in compromised areas around the world but focused in SE Asia.
Fair Flies is all about pairing your passion for fly fishing with our desire to make positive impacts with communities around the world. Our suppliers are committed to bettering the lives of the people they employ, be that with young people who need direction and purpose to stay out of crime, widows who need help providing for their children, victims of exploitation who need to be rehabilitated, or simply parents whose children are at risk of being sold into slavery. Obtaining regular orders from Fair Flies helps these suppliers retain employees and provide ongoing mentorship as they engage in the art of fly tying.
It is equal parts proactive and reactive. By paying living wages up front, we are able to help in many ways. Families can stabilize because fathers can remain in country and mothers can move the family financially forward. This removes the temptation to send their children elsewhere for the hope of a better life, which often turns into some form of exploitation. We are also able to help victims of exploitation. They find a better way to live in a loving environment that provides a wonderful network of counseling and emotional support. Many come with stress disorders and need these supports to start a new life. This is our mission. These are the ones we care about and who your purchase supports.

Farrars Flash Blend and UV Flash Blend
Choose the original Flash Blend or the UV Flash Blend.
This synthetic material was developed by renowned American Tyer, Steve Farrar and is unique in the fact that is already tapered you only need this blend to complete the fly.
This material is a perfect blend of the Slinky Fibre and the Slinky Blend with just a fine Mylar flash.
The bleeding of colors incorporate a red and wisteria color flash. The Midnight, Violet Night, Peacock and Herring Black have a wisteria (dark blue/green). The rest of the colors have a pearl color flash blended in.
Slinky fiber blends with UV fibers developed by tier Steve Farrar. UV really adds to the fish appeal of the traditional SF Blends.
Fish Skull Faux Bucktail
Tapered synthetic fly tying fibers.
Tie flies of all types and sizes from nymphs to Clousers to T-Bones with Fish-Skull Faux Bucktail, a tapered synthetic multi-use fly tying fiber designed to imitate typical premium-length natural bucktail.
Fish-Skull Faux Bucktail fibers have the same basic diameter, gentle crinkle, and taper as natural bucktail. In appearance, it looks almost identical and has the same distinctive bucktail fly or lure action in the water. However, the fibers are not hollow (which helps your fly sink faster) and will not “flare” in the same way as regular bucktail while tying. This means you will need to tie with slightly different techniques to achieve the same effect.
Every Faux Bucktail fiber is premium 6” (152 mm) length, giving you more than twice the amount of usable fibers per tail and eliminating the headache of sorting and searching for ideal strands. Simply peel off the full length of your desired amount of fibers, trim to length, and tie them in.
The fibers can be used in a wide range of fly or lure types.
Streamers:From tying typical Clouser Minnows or Deceivers right up to large, “bite-proof” Pike, Musky or Golden Dorado flies.
Poppers: Tie simple and durable tails on foam poppers
Bucktail Jigs:Tougher, longer lasting fresh and saltwater bucktail jigs.
Musky Bucktail Lures or dressed trebles.
Note: Faux Bucktail cuts easily, but like most other synthetic materials can be hard on your nice scissors. Use serrated heavy duty scissors designed for synthetics (or an old pair you don’t mind abusing).
Flymen Frantic Tails
Add frisky, fish-attracting tail action to any style of baitfish streamer or popper pattern.
Frantic Tails are made of nearly indestructible, ultra-light synthetic suede that cannot be bitten off, will not shrink, and provides lifelike texture and movement when wet. Each suede body is precision laser cut, making each 100% identical and allowing for fine detail.
Quick and easy to tie Innovative attaching method is designed to give the fly maximum tail movement and help prevent fouling when casting.
Lifelike movement and texture Instead of tying in the tail on one side of the hook like similar products, the Frantic Tail has a unique flap design that is used to create a hinge effect that positions the tail directly behind the hook shank in a balanced way. This hinge acts like a spring and generates movement from the tail with very little effort by the angler. In addition, the hinge provides a strong, stiff connection point for the tail which virtually eliminates any fouling.
Anatomically correct profile Acts as an important trigger for predatory gamefish.
Use this to make the extremely effective "Chewing Gum Worm"!
This 3 mm material is a soft rubbery chenille ideal for bodies and chewing gum worms. The soft material is mounted on a nano core so it can be easily stripped of to tie in. The gum is buoyant so when tied in to flies it will slow down their sink rate. This has proven very deadly when creating worm patterns. The fly sinks very slowly holding in the kill box for longer. Tie in a bead if you want to fish it under a bung.
The material has a soft curl to it so any movement will kick life into the worm as the curl opens out and then returns. The chewing gum material is very lumpy giving it a more life like appearance.
To say I'm excited over the possibilities that this material has is an understatement. I'm already tying with it and it is amazing. Susan
Here's what the folks at FNF have to say about it:
For a long time here at FNF we have been trying to develop a chenille incorporating mobile soft rubber legs. We beleived this type of material would have lots of applications from lures for under a bung right to crab patterns for bone fish and everything in between. The rubber legs are 30mm long mounted on a micro core for easy tieing. We also incorporated a thin layer of slush jelly like material along the core to give the material some body.
This will prove an excellent material as it provides lots of colour and movement into any pattern.
We have particularly enjoyed fishing small foam back creepers through the surface layers.
These patterns can easily be tied to international rules.
Each bag contains 2m of Creeper.
FNF Daphnia Fritz
This is the new Daphnia Fritz produced and developed solely by FNF. This material will give you a completely new style of blob or egg pattern. The completely translucent fibre is bonded to a micro core for easy tying. The material is very dense and only takes approx 5 turns to fill a size 8 FNF blob hook. Wide gape hooks are required in conjunction so as not to mask the hook point. The translucency of the material will allow other colours and beads to bleed through
Advances in technology and materials have allowed FNF to take their award winning 15 mm Jelly and improve it. They have given the material -
Twice the fluorescence.
Softer in the fish mouths.
Still keeping all the other great qualities of original Jelly Fritz. Micro core, easy to use etc.
The fibres (15mm) are completely translucent and bonded to a micro core. This is a very user friendly fritz.
Try to pack in as many turns as possible when tying with jelly to get a more translucent effect. Mixing colours can result in amazing effects.
2 meters per pack
FNF Micro Jelly
Tie the Jelly Tot just like the photo here.
See how the color underneath glows through the outer larger 15mm Jelly Fritz!
This is the same translucent, soft Jelly Frtiz as the larger 15mm version but in a Micro 6mm size. Use it under 15mm Fl. Milk as shown above. Experiment with different colors underneath to create Blobs that are wildly different than any others!
FNF Slush Jelly
FNF have spent a lot of time perfecting an easy to use 15mm fritz/chenille that gives a slush like appearance in the water. A mixture of jelly fibres and a candy floss like compound gives this material its slushy appearance when wet. Slush Jelly is a 15mm fritz/chenille mounted on a micro core.
This material can be used for many applications and Trout in particular love the slushy fibrous appearance.
Slush Jelly has also been designed to be extremely soft to reduce the chance of fish spitting the material out before you even know they have taken it.
Please note the colours will intensify once wet. 2m per pack. From FNF.
